I stopped in to see if they serviced Movado watches as my wrist band came apart. The man who helped was extremely nice and fixed my watch on the spot at no cost. He also showed me wristbands that I could switch over to when I was ready for a new one. I’ll definitely be back for my jewelry needs!

I had a great experience at Baxter's Jewlery. Had a custom diamond ring made, from my Mother Engagement ring, my Engagement ring & wrap around & couldn't be any happier with the ring. It turned out gorgeous!! The whole process from designing it to making it was smooth. The salesman Michael Phipps was extremely knowledgeable. And he was a pleasure to work with. He took his time with us, help us to come up with the perfect design. I highly recommend them for all your jewlery needs.

We are longtime customers of Baxter’s Jewelry and have always had a positive experience there. The showroom is beautiful, with a huge selection, including the top designers and brands. Paul has always been so attentive, patient, and kind. We never feel rushed and are always treated with respect. During our last visit, we were replacing a lost diamond through our insurance, and Paul knew exactly what to do to make the process seamless. We purchased my engagement ring there and had it soldered to my wedding band. The resulting ring is gorgeous, and I have always gotten many compliments on it. We love the fact that this is a family business, and the tradition of dedication to the customer has been passed down through the generations.
