Outstanding experience. Michael was able to quickly source hard to find Omega links for a retired model, along with competitive prices. I toured his store, I was quite impressed with his selection of timepieces, Mont Blanc, as well as jewelry including lines utilizing 18kt. Their bench shop for repairs and casting is state of the art. I absolutely recommend. All jewelers I spoke with were knowledgeable and friendly.
Baxter's made the custom engagement ring of my dreams! My fiancee and I showed Janina some photos of an inspo ring and described the type of stone I was looking for. It wasn't easy to find due to the shape and coloring I was hoping for (a warm champagne old mine cut stone that didn't face up yellow). She worked with us to get the engraving down pat and we could not be happier.
We had an amazing experience at Baxter's! I came in with a broken engagement ring that needed to be completely rebuilt and Janina was phenomenal to work with on this. She delivered on everything she promised, and we are very happy with the final outcome. Highly recommend Baxter's!
Baxter's is the best jeweler ever! They always go above and beyond to make my pieces perfect! Everyone is friendly and accommodating! They even welcome my Bear, a well-behaved Bernedoodle.
