We met 7 years ago and clicked right away! During one of our first dates my best friend was with us, and when he stepped away for a moment she said “do you like him? You haven’t stopped laughing the whole time” And I haven’t stopped since! We love making breakfast together on the weekends, finding new coffee places, and going on road trips.
Tony proposed during a weekend getaway in Vermont. He conspired with my best friends and asked them to come set up the picture perfect proposal! It was a short hike located near a river, complete with rose petals, champagne and candles at the end! He planned a surprise engagement party after with all my best friends and our families since he knew that was important to me.
It was the perfect weekend!

"We met working in Newport in 2019, had a long distance relationship through COVID after I moved away for a new job, but always saw each other on the weekends - we didn’t miss a single weekend in one year! Then we finally moved in together in May 2021. We went to Baxter’s because my whole family goes there (haha) and Brian worked with Paul to create the most beautiful engagement ring! Brian proposed to me on our 2 year anniversary, October 2, 2021, at Foxwoods Casino - where we had one of our very first dates! It’s a true Rhode Island love story! The engagement photos were taken at Roger Williams Botanical Center & outdoor Music Theater."
"We knew each other in high school (he was actually my high school crush!) but we didn’t start dating until my senior year of college in 2016. We bonded quickly over our love of hiking and animals, especially gushing over his boxer, Titan. We’ve spent much of our time outdoors together - whether it was camping in the back of his old truck, hiking, or mountain biking. We take a lot of mini road trips to the mountains (VT, NH, ME) to do all of those activities but also because we love long drives together. For anniversaries we always take a camping trip & find local antique shops to poke around. Anything we can do to spend quality time together! We really are each other’s best friend. We’re getting married October 2022 at a farm that overlooks the mountains in NH and couldn’t be more excited!"
Josh planned a surprise proposal with a multi-state scavenger hunt where he hid riddles he wrote & Meghan had to find each one, hidden at sentimental places to then. The journey started in RI and ended in NH at the proposal site (Artists Bluff in NH). What a creative and sentimental way to make this memory even more special. Congratulations!

Our very own Caroline is Engaged!!!
The University of Rhode Island gave these two more than just a degree, it gave them their perfect match! Nick and Caroline started dating their Freshman year of college and 7 and half years later they are engaged.
Caroline always knew what she wanted her dream proposal to be like but Nick really hit it out of the park. He surprised Caroline at their special spot in Cape Cod on Fourth of July weekend, and she had no idea what was coming. A short walk down the peir led to Nick getting down on one knew and popping the question. A very elated and surprised Caroline said YES!
Come to find out all her family and friends are waiting back at the house for an impromptu engagement party! He even had a surprise photogrpher there to capture the moment. Great job Nick and congratulations to you both!
"Who would have though it would all start from gym class on dodgeball fridays!" From high school, through college and now to this; Richard and Leslie have been through it all together and are now ready to say I Do!
Richard custom made Leslies ring, and made sure to get the most picture perfect proposal picture with these rose pedals. Congratulations to the happy couple and cheers to many more happy years!

After having lunch, I asked Jason to put his shoes back on as we were getting ready to leave. Then, he got down on his knee! I thought he was just being funny, as if he was about to put his shoes on. But he grabbed my hands, told me how much he loved me and that we shouldn’t put our lives on hold, and proposed! It was such a sweet and genuine surprise. I did not see it coming at all! Later that day, we went to both of our parents’ houses to share the news. We couldn’t hug our parents due to the social distancing and COVID-19 precautions, but we were still able to air hug and dance from afar in celebration! Although we can’t celebrate like we would’ve wanted to, we’re still so excited for this new chapter in our lives together. And we definitely won’t forget this quarantine proposal."
Jason and Kirstie are a perfect example of how love triumphs all and even during hard times love is not canceled and there is so much more to look forward to in life. Congratulations you two and we can't wait to see you for wedding bands!
After many friends recommended Baxter's, Annik knew she had to shop for her engagement ring there and brought her three best friends into the store to help her choose. She's glad she did, because the service, selection and overall knowledge was unmatched! Her fiancé Danny visited Baxter's shortly after to purchase Annik her dream ring.
For the proposal, Danny knew that Annik was going to be difficult to surprise, so he would have to catch her off-guard. He was in his home state of Rhode Island for the weekend and booked a 3 a.m. bus on Sunday morning from Providence to NYC where they live to surprise her in bed. His bus never came, so he waited at the Providence train station for four hours to take the first Amtrak train available at 7 a.m. He rushed back to their apartment in Brooklyn and burst through the door at 11 a.m.
Annik was standing in the kitchen in her pajamas making brunch for herself and was shocked to see him home so early. He rushed into their bedroom to grab the ring from his sock drawer, and got down on one knee to ask her to marry him. Annik was completely surprised and burst into tears. She said "yes!"

"I met the man of my dreams almost 6 years ago and to this day I feel as though a strong energy guided us to finding each other. It was completely love at first sight. It had almost felt like we finally found what each of us had been hoping and dreaming for. Almost like you’d see in a fairy tale movie. Crazy right?! Both of us were each other’s first love and from that moment on we built up this incredible bond and friendship like no other. He proposed to me exactly 2 years later at our favorite walking trail on a small private beach with the most dreamy ring! Two years later we got married and had our dream wedding. It was the most magical day of our lives that we will treasure the memories from until we grow old."

"My birthday was approaching on March 15th but unbeknownst to us, so was COVID-19. I wasn’t expecting anything too much as we had just heard orders to stay at home. Andy, my boyfriend at the time, was upset as plan after plan for his surprise proposal was ruined. Trip to NYC? Cancelled. Foxwoods to see a show? Cancelled. Overnight in Newport? Not going to happen. I had no idea of all these plans and went on with my birthday as un-birthday like as it was.
After cleaning our apartment and showering, Andy asked if I wanted to have a drink on the balcony. He poured me a glass of prosecco (my favorite), put on our song (Lady Gaga – Always Remember Us This Way), and came out to the balcony with a card and a rose. After giving me the card, I looked over and saw him down on one knee.
I never would have known that a quarantined birthday at home would turn into one of the best days of our lives. Andy and I are so excited to share that memory together and every day ahead."

Mike and I were first introduced to each other by my cousin, we be basically went on a blind first date. The rest is history as they say. We dated for three years, and on our three year anniversary Mike took me to the restaurant we had our first date, Tavolo in Providence. We then took a stroll on the Providence Pedestrian Bridge, where he ultimately proposed. Mike had a camera crew hiding videoing and taking pictures of the whole proposal.
