In Stock Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of original purchase. Returns can be processed in store or online and refunds will be given in the original form of payment less any shipping charges and coupons applied.

Special Orders placed in different finger sizes, or metal types are not returnable but may be exchanged within 30 days or the original purchase.

Custom made pieces are made to order and therefore are final sale, we go through various stages of the custom process such as the CAD design and Wax model to elimate any surpises when the piece is finished. With this process, you the purchaser, are very involved in making sure the piece comes out to your liking.

All returns and exchanges must be unworn, in the original condition in which they were received. All returns and exchanges are subject to approval by our quality control team.
